Coach Profile: Tom Anderson

Tom originates from a corporate sales background with a management career that encompasses British Car Auctions plc, Pendragon plc and Fiat Auto UK.

Glasgow based, Tom has extensive experience in team building and team coaching skills having made a career move to people development in 1993.

As a leadership coach Tom has worked extensively across different disciplines within the automotive industry and he is also a consultant for the Carbon Trust. Most recently, he has had great success delivering a Blue Water leadership programme in the UAE.
