Sue is a specialist facilitator and coach who specialises in interpersonal skills, assertive communication, leadership and management. Working with UK and international commerce and public services, she holds diplomas in training, business excellence, personal coaching and memberships of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and the Mentoring Foundation. Sue has designed and delivered highly successful executive management programmes including courses endorsed and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) the City & Guilds and the National Open College Network (NOCN). She continues to deliver worldwide programmes in association with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
