Steve began his management career in the hotel and catering industry and subsequently  a succession of Senior Management roles  in the automotive sector both in Canada and the UK.

Steve joined the personal development sector in 1998 and has a particular interest in personal branding in relation to leadership.  He runs his own consultancy focussed on personal branding for female entrepreneurs and professionals.

Steve joined Blue Water in 2001 and as a leadership coach has worked in the Hotel and Catering,  Automotive Retail, Manufacturing, Waste Recycling, Finance and Insurance sectors.
