Coach Profile: Nick Osborn

For the last 30 years Nick Osborn has served as a senior manager in both the public service and in commerce. He is an executive coach, facilitator, presenter and development consultant who holds a portfolio of academic and vocational qualifications. As a learning and development consultant he specialises in leadership and management programmes that, thematically, include: performance, marketing, change and governance. He is a fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management. In the last decade, Nick has consecutively held posts as a senior partner, operations director and managing director in successful businesses. He has provided service as a lead consultant and development facilitator for a number of significant public service and commercial customers including the DWP, Tata Steel, the Identity and Passport Service and DSM (Pharmaceuticals). Nick is currently operational non-executive director and the lead coach and facilitator on the Honda Master Programme.
