Ruth comes from a utilities background having begun her career in people development with with Anglian Water.

Today Ruth’s experience is truly multi sector she having chosen to focus on NLP and psychometric testing in relationship to leadership as her speciality.  Ruth is an NLP Master practitioner and a member of both the British Psychological Society and the Association of Coaching.

As a leadership coach Ruth has worked in logistics, recycling, travel, utilities, automotive,voluntary, Food and public sectors.
