Graham is a highly experienced senior manager, facilitator and consultant with a substantial knowledge of strategic management and performance. He holds a degree in sociology and politics and a Masters in Economics together with fellowship of the CIPD and membership of the Institute of Criminology. He has acted as a lead consultant within both the UK and internationally, representing the Home Office, DFID and the OECD. He is currently a senior advisor to the ‘Saferworld’ Project and, for the last decade, has acted as a member of the Ministry of Justice Employment Tribunals that provide for his continuing development in employment and associated law. He is an excellent coach and facilitator, able to draw upon an impressive background of management and leadership experience to support the performance development of his clients.
