Ron was a senior manager within the police service for 33 years and achieved the rank of Deputy Assistant Commissioner within the Metropolitan Police. He has a significant knowledge and understanding of strategic and tactical leadership issues and was the programme director of the £1.5bn Home Office Command, Control, Communication and Information (C3i) Project – which is the largest Home Office single investment ever made in a police programme. Ron is a Master’s graduate, a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the BCS, holder of the Queens Police medal (Honours List, 2006) and was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award by the NPIA. Ron has worked with commerce including the RBS and Westminster Bank and until recently he was the head of a training business group. He has few equals as an executive coach and development consultant and continues to be much in demand both within the UK and internationally.
