Nick's primary background is with the Metropolitan Police Service where he was a serving officer and training manager within Specialist Operations for 5 years. 

Nick is now specialised in Senior Leader development, he has an MSC in Decisions Making, an Accredited Counter fraud specialist and has Home Office accreditation for Coaching and Mentoring.

As a leadership coach Nick has worked for the Home Office, Child Support Agency,  in the Finance, Oil and Policing sectors as well as for the Royal Mail and Identity and Passport Service.
