Judith began her management career in chartered surveying and subsequently worked in the automotive retail sector particularly as a Business Manager with focus on finance and leasing plans.

Judith is a member of the Association for Coaching and a certified Business Manager.

Judith joined Blue Water in 2003 and as a leadership coach Judith has worked in the Automotive Retail, Finance and Insurance sectors.
