Coach Profile: Jo Fisher

Jo is an experienced and innovative training consultant, facilitator, lecturer and project manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and is both an Assessor and Internal verifier in NVQ Level 5 Management. Jo has proven ability to develop and motivate teams and individuals at all levels. She has broad experience in both public service and commerce including the NHS, British Waterways, Local Authorities and Yorkshire Forward and has performed in strategic management roles and as an operations manager. Jo has substantial experience in the design and delivery of advanced management development programmes and is an experience executive coach, familiar with contemporary performance management practice and all aspects of HR leadership.
