Coach Profile: Gloria Deacon

Gloria is the Learning and Development Director for The Blue Water Partnership and has extensive experience of management within commerce including the Britannia Security Group plc, Chrysler Jeep and Mercedes. She holds an HND in Business Management, is an NLP Master Practitioner and a Life Coach. Since joining the partnership in 2001, Gloria has blended her senior management responsibility with selective consultancy and L&D delivery both within the UK and on the continent. She specialises in developing individual’s personal awareness and increasing competence and ability in interpersonal skills for professional application and performance.
