Coach Profile: Gloria Deacon

Gloria is a qualified life coach with extensive experience in management and leadership roles prior to her career in coaching and development.

Her CV includes senior roles at Britannia Security Group plc and Chrysler Jeep Imports UK (later Daimler Chrysler) where she was the Marketing & Events Manager before taking on responsibility as UK Training Manager.  As a leadership coach Gloria has worked in the travel, manufacturing, automotive retail, waste recycling and  pharmaceutical sectors.

Gloria  is a Senior Partner and Director with Blue Water having been with the organisation since 2001. She specialises in Senior Leader development work and has worked throughout the UK and Europe for Blue Water.
