Geoff began his management career in automotive retailing as a sales manager and subsequently in utilities with British Gas and Scottish Power.
Geoff moved to the people development sector when he joined Blue Water in 2007. As a leadership coach he has worked in automotive retail sector with particular focus on performance management.
