Coach Profile: Eric Hartley

Eric has a management background in the food industry, in particular he spent  5 years as Marketing and Product Development Manager for Innovative Foods. 

Eric is an Associate with Blue Water and has been since 2003.  Eric is also Managing Director of his own marketing consultancy specialising in providing assistance to SME’s.

Eric is an experienced coach and with particular interest in the impact of leadership on marketing.

As a leadership coach Eric has worked in the food, manufacturing, automotive retail , and  pharmaceutical sectors.
