David has a background in customer services management , originally supporting delivery of frontline telecoms services on behalf of BT and O2.
David moved into People and Leadership Development in 2000 with the formation of The Blue Water Partnership. He has extensive knowledge of managing all aspects of business. His role in Blue Water also incorporates a key role in corporate governance.
During David’s career he has worked in both the private and public sector. Clients in the public sector including a number of large local government organisations, probation services and scientific research councils. As well as broader leadership development he has experience of delivering programmes to all levels in Equality and Diversity.
