Our People

Coach Mentors

Our implementing partners are a mix of fully employed partners and self employed associate partners. This strategy allows us to offer high level and specialist skills across all relevant subjects on a UK wide basis. Our implementing partners include an Occupational Psychologist, an NLP practitioner and an Employment Lawyer.

Criteria for all Blue Water coach-mentors is: managerial experience at least at the level of the participants for any particular programme, sector specific experience where this is a necessary requirement, and strong communication skills.

Quality and consistency is assured by robust design of programmes and a vigorous internal coaching and monitoring initiative.

Clients have the opportunity to approve proposed coach-mentors before the start of any programme.

Our Senior Partner, Gordon Roscoe, heads our team of coach mentors.

Support

Operational support is provided by the team at our Head Office in Harrogate headed by Office Manager, Janice Denyer.

Operational support is recognised to be a key element in the service we provide. Our team provide administrative support to clients, communication with participants, logistical and database support for coach-mentors and clients.
