Recruitment training and coaching

Many individuals find themselves making recruitment decisions without having had any formal training. This service provides coaching to individuals in leadership roles who will be responsible for selecting people as well as HR personnel who will either have specific responsibility for recruitment or may have it as part of their remit. Coaching is provided for individuals or groups looking for help in specific areas e.g. interview techniques or for all aspects of running a successful recruitment campaign.

How is it helpful?

In order to be successful those in leadership positions and in HR need to be able to recognise talent in those they interview. They need to understand how to run an effective recruitment campaign and how the key elements of psychometric evaluation, assessment centres and CVs are used properly in the process.
