The programme
The programme is delivered entirely by telephone and internet: a telephone one to one introduction is followed by five web/telephone seminars and a final web/telephone best practise summary.
Participants are provided with folder, notes, a copy of the book ‘Hidden Treasure (Learning to lead: the adventure starts here)’ and a leadership coach! They are required to interact with the Blue Water website as part of the programme.
Government Funding
