The programme
The programme is delivered entirely by telephone and internet over 2 months: a telephone one to one introduction is followed by four web/telephone seminars at two weekly intervals.
Participants are provided with folder, notes and a leadership coach. They are required to interact with the Blue Water website as part of the programme.
