Leadership Evaluation

We have developed a process that accurately, rapidly and cost effectively assesses an individual against a set of leadership competencies and attributes that we believe are needed by those who lead successfully. This process can be used in recruitment, succession planning or talent identification.

How is it helpful?

It will help identify those that are capable of leadership and their future potential. This can then be used in the production of individual development plans. It gives the individual and the organisation a clear understanding of where they need help to improve and on-going development in areas of strength to take them to the next level. As these competencies and attributes are benchmarked across a range of sectors and organisations it also give clients a better understanding of how they compare against their competitors and against peers in other sectors.
