Professional impact and the ability to influence is critical to team relationships and to provide you with the competence to drive performance. Influential stimulants and messages to create positive first impressions include enhanced communication skills; confidence in speaking and presentation; and an awareness of influential behaviour. This one-day module will provide supervisors and managers with an opportunity to practice and hone their interpersonal and influencing skills in a controlled environment. It is highly participative course and delegates will be required to operate both in small syndicates and individually to throughout both days. Guidance and advice is presented in digestible packages and the course is supported by a comprehensive training and revision literature. CCTV is a feature for presentation and 'meeting' exercises within the module and one-to-one feedback is provided; delegates are provided with their own video record of their performances during exercises.
