This 2-day introductory professional development event will comprehensively address all areas of projects initiation and management, including conception of project need, proposal, initiation, planning, governance and evaluation. The training will comply with the protocols and disciplines implicit with PRINCE methodology, ensuring that delegates are capable and competent to apply their learning and development to future change.
