The Blue Water Partnership

Welcome to the Participant Zone. This section is designed primarily for the use of participants on our Hidden Treasure programme which is delivered using an innovative mixture of web seminars and telephone coaching.  Participants are encouraged to make real, practical changes in the way that they lead their teams, and previous participants can boast specific, measurable improvements in their teams and their businesses. If you're not already registered on a Hidden Treasure programme, then please contact us to learn more.

To view most of the content you first need to login using the form on the left hand side or register for a new account (it only takes a few seconds and is completely secure). Even if you're not a participant, you are welcome to register and try one of the questionnaires or access documents in the Learning Centre!

Interactive Questionnaires

In this section you can complete questionnaires as part of the relevant Hidden Treasure module's Action Plan. To begin completing a questionnaire, please click on the relevant module name in the 'Questionnaires' section of the menu on the left hand side.

Document Downloads

Here you can download documents required to complete your Hidden Treasure Action Plan. Please click on 'Document downloads' in the menu on the left hand side.

Action Plan Submissions

This is for downloading a form to submit your completed Action Plan report - please click on the relevant seminar name under 'Submit Action Plans' in the menu on the left hand side and then follow the instructions on the screen. 

Learning Centre

This is a stepping off point to a whole world of learning. As well as explaining the Blue Water way on a number of people management topics, there's also a wealth of links to other websites where you can learn more about the subject. Feel free to take notes!
