Participants get an experienced leadership coach who guides them through learning materials as well as the online learning support exercises, which they access whenever they want.

At their own pace, they put their learning into practise with a series of assisted action plans.

The real learning happens at work - the coach supports the learner by phone or email as they put new behaviours into practise, improving their performance and that of their team.
