The management of an organisation’s human resources is recognised as a critical and key skill for all supervisors and managers, of whatever grade. It is acknowledged that this training must have specific relevance to the organisation; the staff it employs and; and the environment within which it operates. This professional development event will complement and be in accord with the existing values, culture and purpose of your organisation. This 2-day programme will have equal relevance to all staff with a supervisory or management responsibility within your organisation. It will complement and provide a critical addition to any established learning and development and be delivered by recognised specialist in HR management (with regards to employment legislation, contracts, recruitment/selection and appraisal).
