This 1 day professional development event will provide delegates with the skills to design, and deliver advanced presentations within their management and leadership roles. It includes classical guides and tips on handling difficult questions and people. It will provide a secure and supportive environment for delegates to review and, where appropriate, practice a range of simple techniques to ‘presentation anxiety’ – common to all presenters and to deliver presentations (including specialised subjects) that facilitate clarity and understanding to a non-technical audience.

At the end of the workshop the delegates will be able to:
- design and deliver effective presentations to staff, colleagues and customers;
- present with confidence including the employment of non-verbal communication to make their presentations more effective;
- create interest and attention by using a variety of presentation techniques;
- select and include appropriate media to support professional presentations.
