theory.
All programme content is used as a basis for

It is useless for a participant to learn about
Maslow's hierarchy of needs if it leaves
them unable to motivate an under-
performing member of their team!
Our most popular format of development is
group coaching, which we call Positive
Impact. In groups of 5 or 6, and for a
maximum of half a day, participants discuss
a range of leadership topics relevant to their
organisation's programme objectives, then
focus on applying this knowledge in their
action plans.
Many participants who have experienced
`traditional' training say that this is the first
time that they have been able to
successfully apply their learning in the
workplace.
